I’m a Southern girl (ok…woman) currently living in the Midwest. I started this blog in July of 2011. This blog is my creative outlet to express my thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics and to engage in thoughtful and informative discussions with others (I LOVE a good debate).

I have a passion for what I call “Doing Good” and know that helping others is my God given purpose. I write about my experiences and adventures trying to live purposefully and passionately. Along with my passion for philanthropy, I enjoy staying abreast of current events, golf, chair dancing, fashion, politics, cooking, and cigars (just to name a few) and frequently blog about these interests as well.
